The Vivo X Fold and Vivo X Note smartphones have been launched in China.

Vivo X Fold, X Note smartphones launched: check price, specs

Vivo launched the X Fold, their first foldable smartphone, along with the X Note smartphone in China. Both smartphones sport the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset, and the X Note gets a huge 7-inch display.

Vivo X Fold, X Note price

In China, the Vivo X Fold has been priced starting at around ₹1,07,000 for the 12GB + 256GB version, while the 12GB + 512GB model costs around ₹1,19,000. The Vivo X Note, meanwhile, has been priced starting at around ₹71,000 for the 8GB + 256GB model, and goes up to around ₹83,000 for the 12GB + 512GB version.

No plans for an India pricing or availability have been announced by Vivo yet.

Vivo X Fold specifications

The Vivo X Fold is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset, along with 12GB RAM, and up to 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage.

The outer 6.53-inch AMOLED display has a FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, along with a centred hole punch cutout for a selfie camera. The inner, folding display has an 8.03-inch AMOLED screen with a 2K resolution, and a 120Hz refresh rate with LTPO 3 technology.

For optics, the Vivo X Fold offers a quad rear camera setup with a 50MP main camera, a 48MP ultra-wide camera, a 12MP telephoto lens with 2X zoom, and an 8MP telephoto lens with 5X zoom. There are two 16MP front cameras on the inner and outer displays for selfies.

Keeping the lights on is a 4,600mAh battery with 66W fast wired and 50W fast wireless charging support.

Vivo X Note specifications

The Vivo X Note is also powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset, along with up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM, and up to 512GB UFS 3.1 storage. It sports a 7-inch QHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate.

The phone has a quad rear camera setup equal to the Vivo X Fold, with a 50MP main camera, a 48MP ultra-wide camera, a 12MP telephoto lens, and an 8MP telephoto lens. There’s a 16MP front-facing camera for selfies.

Vivo has packed in a 5,000mAh battery with 80W wired and 50W wireless charging.
