<p>Blinkit, the quick commerce platform, has introduced a 10-minute ambulance service in Gurugram, marking its initial step to address the urgent need for reliable ambulance services in cities.</p>
<p>The announcement was made by CEO Albinder Dhindsa on the social media platform X on Thursday, January 2.</p>
<p>"We are taking our first step towards solving the problem of providing quick and reliable ambulance service in our cities," Dhindsa said in his post.</p>
<p>The company has launched five ambulances in Gurugram, with plans for further expansion to other areas. "The first five ambulances will be on the road in Gurugram starting today. As we expand the service to more areas, you will start seeing an option to book a Basic Life Support (BLS) ambulance through the @letsblinkit app," Dhindsa added.</p>
<p>In his post titled "Ambulance in 10 minutes," Dhindsa stressed the importance of public cooperation and the need to make way for ambulances. He highlighted that timely access to emergency services can make a significant difference in saving lives.</p>

An aviation enthusiast present at the airport described the scene, saying, "In all my years of watching planes, I&rsquo;ve never seen or heard anything like it."</p>
<p>The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has since launched an investigation into the incident. According to a statement, air traffic controllers had instructed the Gonzaga team&rsquo;s plane to hold short of the runway, but the jet began to roll forward. Controllers quickly intervened, ordering the pilot to stop before crossing the runway edge.</p>
<p>Despite the close call, Delta Flight 471 faced no delays and continued on schedule. Gonzaga University confirmed the safety of their team, noting that the aircraft was a chartered Embraer ERJ-135.</p>

The incident left an attendee dead and two others critically injured, Within minutes of the attack, pictures and videos of Trump being attacked went viral. Along with this, conspiracy theories too made its way on the internet.&nbsp;</p>
<p>The word that was trending on X after the assassination attempt was 'Staged'. Well, this very word has become synonymous with conspiracy theories on social media. It is often used to cast doubts on shooting or attacks.&nbsp;</p>
<p>The conspiracy theories began with questions like 'How did the attacker made its way to the roof? Why were they not stopped?'&nbsp;</p>
<p>Soon after this, people started calling the attack staged without any evidence. Some of the social media users said the attack looked staged. One of the internet users wrote on X, "No way they missed with that many shots and just nicked his ear? And then the fist pump and all the pictures of him with the flag. This is propaganda."</p>
<p>While another user said that it looks like a paintball attack.&nbsp; A user also said, "it sounded like a BB gun".</p>
<p>Yet another internet users said that the picture where Trump was showing his fist after the attack was 'too damn perfect' and described how they got the flag position perfect and everything. The user's take on the attack went viral but it was later deleted.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Other than conspiracy theories, incorrect attempts to identify the shooter also went viral and other people's reputations were being ruined. Later on, the FBI named the gunman as 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks, who was shot and killed by the Secret Service. &nbsp;</p>

<p>Paris which is also known as the city of light is facing a pooping problem ahead of Olympics. Paris's river Seine is going to play a crucial role in the Summer Olympics as the triathlon-race, which consists of a 1500m swim will take place in this very river.&nbsp;</p>
<p>River Seine is still not safe for swimming on most days due to high levels of E. Coli bacteria in the water, potentially exposing athletes to serious health risks. Notably, swimming in Seine has been illegal for more than 100 years due to the river's pollution levels.&nbsp;</p>
<p>But, what is contributing to Seine's river pollution? Well, one of the major factor is sewage. Earlier, in the 80s, the sewage system in Paris used to dump the the sewage into the Seine. Later on, Paris had a combined sewer system, which is underground and operates well.&nbsp;</p>
<p>However, it has some flaws which can affect the Olympics as the pipes that carry sewage away from homes and businesses are the same ones used for stormwater. The system is big enough &nbsp;to effectively transport wastewater to treatment plants, where it&rsquo;s cleaned. But during heavy rains, sewage and stormwater overwhelm the system and then the excess sewage and water flows into the Seine.&nbsp;</p>
<p>The open water swimming, which is a part of the triathlon is set to take place on 30, 31st of July and on 5th of August. In order for this triathlon to take place in the river, water tests should be submitted no more than 48 hours prior to the competition.&nbsp;</p>
<p>And, in the water sample, the E. coli cannot exceed more than 1000 cfu.&nbsp;</p>
<p>What is E. coli?</p>
<p>E. coli is a bacteria that is found in intestines of people and warm-blooded animals. The presence of E. coli in a drinking water sample almost always indicates recent fecal contamination, which can make a person sick, like quite sick!</p>
<p>Tests of the river water that was taken four months ahead of the Olympics showed that the Seine was unsafe for the triathlon because of the E.coli levels.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Paris is now banking on warm, dry weather to keep the river clean. Paris' Mayor Anne Hidalgo even said that she would swim in Seine right before the Olympics, in a bid to show its suitability for the upcoming game amid the ongoing cleanliness concerns.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Amid the growing cyber fraud in India, scammers are becoming more creative in coercing people to share their Adhaar numbers and other valuable documents.</p>
<p>A bizarre incident of a similar fashion has emerged from Hyderabad where a 23-year-old man was recently duped of ₹ 12 Lakh. <br><br>The victim received a call from a person impersonating a FedEx and told him that his Adhaar number is being misused, Hindustan Times reported.<br><br>The man was told that someone was sending a courier carrying diabetes pills and fifty grams of MDMA, from Mumbai to Saudi Arabia, using his Adhar number.<br><br>Subsequently, the scammer pretended to be calling from Mumbai Cyber Crime branch and threatened the victim. The scamesters later made a Skype video conference and demanded money transfer in order to verify his details.&nbsp;<br><br>Reportedly, the man was asked to cooperate in the investigation to prove his innocence and was coerced to send money for the investigation. <br><br>A case has been filed in the Hyderabad Cyber Crimes police department.</p>
<p>Meanwhile, FedEx has come out with an official statement clarifying that the delivery company doesn't ask people for their personal information.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p>"FedEx does not request personal information through unsolicited phone calls, mail, or email for goods being shipped or held, unless requested or initiated by customers. If any individual receives any suspicious phone calls or messages, they are advised not to provide their personal information. Instead, they should immediately contact the local law enforcement authorities within the vicinity or report to the cybercrime department of the government of India."</p>

<p>Colvin broke down in tears on Sunday when a dog tracker helped him locate Oreo among the debris of a neighbor&rsquo;s house in the Pacific Palisades, the area hardest hit by the blaze. <br><br>Armed with a squeaky toy and accompanied by his other dog, Colvin approached the gate, where Oreo was found sitting atop the driveway&mdash;grimy but unharmed. The reunion was emotional as Colvin coaxed Oreo closer, embracing him with overwhelming joy.</p>
<p>&ldquo;Oh my God! You&rsquo;re alive! Oh, honey!&rdquo; Colvin exclaimed, pumping his fist in sheer relief and happiness.</p>
<p>The search for Oreo had captured widespread attention after Colvin's distress was featured in a story by NBC News correspondent Liz Kreutz. After several days of uncertainty, someone reported seeing Oreo amidst the rubble. <br><br>This led Colvin to rush to the location, and on January 12, with the help of a professional dog trapper, he was finally reunited with his beloved pet.</p>

However, he could only retrieve Tika Tika Tika because Oreo had already escaped. &ldquo;Had that firefighter not intervened, both dogs would have been trapped when the flames arrived,&rdquo; Kreutz added.</p>
<p>Afterward, a friend of Colvin spotted Oreo in the neighborhood, and with the help of an AirTag, they were able to track the dog's movements. Colvin was able to find Oreo hiding in a neighbor's home. When Oreo saw his owner, he immediately ran to him, completing the joyful reunion.</p>
