Samsung has launched the Galaxy A56, A36, and A26 in India with AI features, One UI 7, and six years of updates. Prices start at ₹32,999, with launch offers on higher variants. The A56 and A36 are available now, while A26 pricing will be announced later.

Samsung has launched three new smartphones in its Galaxy A-series lineup—Galaxy A56 5G, Galaxy A36 5G, and Galaxy A26 5G—all running on Android 15-based One UI 7. These devices come equipped with AI-powered features, including Google’s Circle to Search, and Samsung is committing to six years of software support, ensuring longevity in both security and OS updates.

Price and Variants

The Galaxy A56 is available in three variants: 8GB RAM + 128GB storage for ₹41,999, 8GB RAM + 256GB storage for ₹44,999, and 12GB RAM + 256GB storage for ₹47,999. It comes in three color options—Awesome Olive, Awesome Lightgray, and Awesome Graphite.

The Galaxy A36 also has three configurations: 8GB RAM + 128GB storage for ₹32,999, 8GB RAM + 256GB storage for ₹35,999, and 12GB RAM + 256GB storage for ₹38,999. Available colors include Awesome Black, Awesome Lavender, and Awesome White.

Pricing and availability details for the Galaxy A26 will be revealed later.

Availability and Launch Offers

The Galaxy A56 and A36 are now available for purchase via Samsung’s official website, retail stores, and online marketplaces.

Samsung is also offering introductory discounts, allowing customers to grab higher storage variants at a lower price:

  • The 12GB + 256GB variant of the Galaxy A56 is available for ₹44,999 instead of ₹47,999.
  • The 8GB + 256GB variant of the Galaxy A56 is available for ₹41,999 instead of ₹44,999.
  • The 12GB + 256GB variant of the Galaxy A36 is available for ₹35,999 instead of ₹38,999.
  • The 8GB + 256GB variant of the Galaxy A36 is available for ₹32,999 instead of ₹35,999.

Additionally, buyers can get Samsung Care+ one-year screen protection for ₹999. No-cost EMI plans are available for up to 18 months on the A56 and 16 months on the A36.

AI-Powered Features and What’s New

Samsung is integrating AI-driven tools under its "Awesome Intelligence" suite, bringing features previously seen in its premium Galaxy S series. These include:

  • Circle to Search – A gesture-based search tool for instant lookups.
  • Object Eraser – Removes unwanted elements from photos.
  • Best Face and Nightography (Exclusive to A56) – Enhances selfies and low-light shots.

Key Specifications

The Galaxy A56 features a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+. It runs on the Exynos 1580 processor and comes with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. The rear camera setup includes a 50MP primary sensor with OIS, a 12MP ultra-wide lens, and a 5MP macro sensor, while the front camera is 12MP. A 5000mAh battery powers the device, supporting 45W wired charging.

The Galaxy A36 has the same 6.7-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate and Gorilla Glass Victus+ protection. It is powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 processor and offers up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. Its camera setup includes a 50MP primary sensor with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 5MP macro sensor. The front camera is 12MP, and the device houses a 5000mAh battery with 45W wired charging.

The Galaxy A26 also sports a 6.7-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It runs on the Exynos 1380 processor with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. The rear camera setup consists of a 50MP primary sensor with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP macro camera. The front camera is 13MP, and the device is backed by a 5000mAh battery with 25W wired charging.

All three phones come with IP67 dust and water resistance and Samsung’s promise of six years of software updates, including six Android OS upgrades and six years of security patches.

With this launch, Samsung is bringing premium software support, AI features, and long-term reliability to its mid-range A-series lineup.
