It was 2010 when an international team last chased down 125 runs or more in the last 10 overs. But South African cricketers David Miller and Rassie van der Dussen successfully achieved the mammoth 212-run target against India, scoring 126 runs in the final 10 overs. Their superb partnership took South Africa over the finishing line in the T20I series opener in Delhi.

There was a time Rassie van der Dussen was struggling, having scored 29 off 30 when Shreyas Iyer dropped his catch at deep mid-wicket. Talking about the incident, van der Dussen said, "When Shreyas dropped it, I knew I had to make them pay because I took the balls to get myself in."

India and South Africa will play the 2nd game of the 5-match T20I series on Sunday at the Barabati Stadium in Cuttack.
