Taylor Swift now targets Kim's ex-husband Ye as she renames 'thank You aimEe' for acoustic collection

Taylor Swift has shifted focus from Kim Kardashian to her former husband Kanye West who now goes by Ye. In a new live bonus track from her 11th studio album, 'The Tortured Poets Department', Taylor's 'Style' of renaming has piqued fans' interest.

On Thursday, Swift released two new limited-edited digital versions of her latest album: 'The Prophecy (Long Story Short – Live From Lyon)' and 'thank You aimEe (Mean – Live from London).'

Taylor has renamed the diss track from 'thanK you aIMee' — originally spelt with 'Kim' in all caps — to 'thank You aimEe, with a capital 'Y' and 'E,' which appears to reference Kanye West, who now goes by Ye.

This comes weeks after Ye attacked Swift in his recent album 'Vultures 2,' where he attacked her in his song 'Lifestyle (Demo)' with the line, “I twist my Taylor spliffs tight at the end like Travis Kelce.” While Taylor has not publicly acknowledged the rapper's attack, fans are hailing her latest power move.

Taylor recorded the new version of 'thank You aimEe' at London’s Wembley Stadium on June 22 when she performed the song for the first time as a mash-up with the 2011 'Speak Now' single 'Mean' during her surprise segment.

Swift has scripted Billboard Glory, spending 14 consecutive weeks at No. 1 with 142,000 equivalent album units. Swift’s only immediate competition for the throne was 'Vultures 2.' However, 'Vultures 2' debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 with 107,000 equivalent album units following its release on August 3. It's the first album from Ye not to immediately debut at No. 1 after a consecutive, 11 album streak of No. 1s.
