'Peaky Blinders' actor Paul Anderson fined £1,345 for possession of drugs, deets inside

The 'Peaky Blinders' actor Paul Anderson has been fined for possession of drugs, including crack cocaine and other substances, on Boxing Day. Anderson is known for playing the role of Athur Shelby in the Cillain Murphy starrer.

Paul appeared in court on Thursday at Highbury Corner Magistrates Court. The 48-year-old actor has been accused of having two class C prescription medications: class B amphetamines and class A crack cocaine. After pleading guilty to all four counts, he was fined a hefty £1,345 (about Rs 1.42 lakh).

The Daily Mail reported that the police authorities were called to a pub near the actor's residence in Hapstead by the pub manager after he was informed of crack cocaine faeces emanating from the disabled toilet. The report added that when the police arrived on the spot, Anderson was accompanied by a 17-year-old young man and a 17-month-old infant. Subsequently, police took him into custody, and he was found with crack cocaine and a packet of brown powder identified as amphetamines, alongside diazepam and pregabalin, in his pockets.
