Here's what Jon Bon Jovi said about his son Jake's engagement to Millie Bobby Brown

Singer Jon Bon Jovi is not bothered by his son Jake Bongiovi's engagement to Millie Bobby Brown. After the couple revealed their news on Instagram last month, fans were taken aback. He recently said that in regards to the couple's relationship, he doesn't believe that age matters. Jake is 20 years old, while Millie is 19 and has been dating him for the past 2.5 years.

The singer addressed the criticisms the couple had faced for getting engaged at such a young age when he made an appearance on the radio program Andy Cohen Live. He stated, 'I'm not sure if age matters if you find the right partner and you develop as a couple. Growing together is smart, I really do believe that to be my advice. Growing collectively. Therefore, I believe that each of my children has found someone with whom they feel they can grow, and we get along with them all.'

Jon Bon Jovi also added that he had watched Millie on Netflix's Stranger Things and said, 'Millie's wonderful. Her whole family are great. Really, really great. Jake is very, very happy.'
