Cannes 2022: Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's floral statement at red carpet

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan left everyone spellbound as she made her appearance at the Cannes red carpet on Day 2. She paired her gorgeous Dolce and Gabbana outfit, featuring 3D floral motifs, with minimal accessories and makeup. She has shared a few close-up shots from her look on social media. The actor attended the screening of Tom Cruise's film 'Top Gun: Maverick' on Wednesday night (May 18th).

Earlier during the day, the 'Guru' actor wore a pink Valentino outfit with matching heels at the media interaction, which marked her first appearance at Cannes 2022. Aishwarya also reunited with her old friend Hollywood actress Eva Longoria at the festival and they were seen sharing a few light-hearted moments. The duo are L'Oreal brand ambassadors. L'Oreal is celebrating 25 years as the official beauty partner of the prestigious festival this year.

The actor checked into French Riveria along with her husband Abhishek Bachchan and daughter Aaradhya on May 17th.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has been a regular at the prestigious film festival, dazzling the red carpet with her signature looks. She made her debut at the event in 2002 for the screening of her film 'Devdas' along with actor Shah Rukh Khan and director Sanjay Leela Bhansali. She was the first Indian to be a part for the Cannes jury duty.

India is the official 'Country Of Honour' at the 75th Cannes Film Festival. Other than Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, numerous Indian celebrities are present at the event, including Deepika Padukone, R Madhavan, Tamannaah, Pooja Hegde, and Urvashi Rautela, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and music maestro AR Rahman.
