Asia Cup 2022: Ananya Panday, Kartik Aaryan, and other celebrities celebrate India's win against Pakistan

Hardik Pandya’s brilliant performance powered India to a gripping five-wicket win over Pakistan in Asia Cup 2022 opener at the Dubai International Stadium on Sunday (August 28). After witnessing the high-octane clash, Bollywood celebrities took to social media to express their joy.

Ananya Panday took to Instagram and shared a video in which she along with Ayushmann Khurrana, Manjot Singh and Abhishek Banerjee can be seen recreating Indian team’s 'Kala Chashma' celebration. Indian team danced to this popular track after completing a successful tour of Zimbabwe by winning the three-match ODI series.

Kartik Aaryan shared his excitement on India’s win against Pakistan by posting a picture of Hardik Pandya doing the ‘Rooh Baba’ step on field. Actor Arjun Rampal applauded Hardik and Ravindra Jadeja for their breath-taking performance and tweeted,

Delighted Abhishek Bachchan tweeted, “YESSSSSS!!!!! C’MONNNNN #AsiaCup2022 #INDvsPAK.”

Congratulating the Indian team, Juhi Chawala wrote that it was an edge of the seat thriller match.

A few stars like Vijay Deverakonda and Urvashi Rautela reached Dubai to witness the match.

During the match’s pre-show, Vijay promoted his film ‘Liger’ and stole hearts of millions with his charisma. Several pictures and videos of the actor from the field and the pavilion have surfaced on the internet and the fans cannot get enough of his look.
