Akshay Kumar ‘The Birthday Boy who wins at every game’, says Twinkle Khanna

Akshay Kumar is celebrating his 55th birthday today and wishes are pouring in for the star on social media from family, fans, and friends. His wife Twinkle Khanna also took to Instagram and extend her best wishes with a heartfelt note. Sharing a picture from their scrabble session, she wrote, ‘The Birthday Boy who wins at every game! Yes, he beat me at Backgammon. Then he annihilated an Oxford chap and a tag team of four players, all against him, in a game of, wait for this, Scrabble! The best part, a friend got him a halwa cake just like the one his mother used to make for him every year on his birthday. Happy Birthday my Scrabble Master.’

Apart from Twinkle Khanna, Tiger Shroff and Kareena Kapoor Khan also wished the actor on his special day.

Akshay Kumar also shared a gratitude note on Instagram. He captioned his picture, ‘साल गुज़रता है, वक्त निकलता है…what remains constant is the gratitude I feel on every birthday. Thank you always for all your love.’

On the work front, Akshay Kumar was last seen in ‘Bachchhan Paandey’, co-starring Kriti Sanon, Jacqueline Fernandez, and Arshad Warsi. He has 'Ram Setu' alongside Jacqueline Fernandez and Nushrratt Bharuccha in the pipeline.
