In a now-deleted Instagram post, Kanye revealed the reason behind the major drop in the prices. &ldquo;Gap didn't take it to $20 the way I wanted to because they were still trying to protect the classism of the idea of Balenciaga and the idea of Gap," he said.&nbsp;

In May, yeezy.com withdrew the links to the news website, Yews News, which featured a combination of news pieces from modern media sources and original content.

The contract between Adidas and Kanye West reportedly stipulates that the marketing fund should not be mixed with other funds. If any improper usage of the funds occurs, Yeezy, Kanye West's brand, would be obligated to reimburse Adidas. However, the court filing has redacted the specific definition of appropriate marketing purposes, leaving room for interpretation.
In a 2020 interview on Nick Cannon's podcast, Kanye West disclosed that he had directed $50 million from the Yeezy marketing funds towards his gospel choir tour named "Sunday Service." The tour also involved arranging flights to Jamaica for 120 individuals.

The ex-teachers claim that West's school employed instructors who lacked adequate training in basic life support techniques and that there was a serious safety issue involving the students that frequently resulted in bullying. Additionally, a school nurse and janitorial staff were reportedly absent from the school. Furthermore, they leveled criticism at Donda Academy, citing the school's failure to follow nutritional recommendations for its students' meals.
According to Hailey and Byers, Moira Love, the director/principal of Donda Academy, was informed of the flaws and violations on at least three separate occasions. However, their complaints led them to get fired.&nbsp;
'Additionally, throughout the entirety of Plaintiffs' employment, the only lunch available for students was sushi, every single day. Students were not allowed to bring any outside food or anything other than water. It was widely known that West spends $10,000.00 a week on sushi,' the lawsuit alleges.
Besides this, they claim that they were subjected to racial discrimination and that their wages were frequently withheld in the lawsuit. According to ABC 7, the women are requesting more than $1 million in compensation for lost wages and emotional distress.

The staff claimed the rapper showed an intimate picture of his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, in job interviews, and that his &lsquo;problematic behavior&rsquo; was overlooked by Adidas management. They further added that Adidas &lsquo;turned their moral compass off&rsquo; and failed to protect employees from &lsquo;years of verbal abuse, vulgar tirades, and bullying attacks&rsquo;.
According to Guardian, Adidas released a statement on November 24 and said &lsquo;it is currently not clear whether the accusations made in an anonymous letter are true,&rsquo; but they have taken the claims &lsquo;very seriously&rsquo; and had &lsquo;taken the decision to launch an independent investigation of the matter immediately to address the allegations&rsquo;.
Adidas has launched an inquiry after one of its largest shareholders, Union Investment, demanded clarity about the alleged incidents.
