Realme, known for its competitive smartphones, is gearing up for another major launch with its Realme 12 series. This series is expected to include three models: Realme 12, Realme 12 Pro, and Realme 12 Pro+. These new models come after the Realme 11 series, which featured MediaTek Dimensity SoCs and was launched in May.

Realme 12 Series Specifications (Leaked)

The biggest highlight of the upcoming series is the incorporation of the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC chipset. This chipset is designed for mid-range 5G smartphones and promises better performance with its prime CPU speed of 2.63GHz. It also has performance and efficiency cores to enhance the overall functionality of the phones.

Specifically, the Realme 12 Pro+ is rumoured to come with a high-quality camera. It might have a 64-megapixel OmniVision OV64B periscope telephoto camera, capable of 3x optical zoom. The Realme 12 Pro, on the other hand, is expected to feature a Sony IMX709 sensor, offering 2x optical zoom.
