Honor's latest Magic 6 and 6 Pro, launched in China, feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset and MagicOS 8.0. The Pro model boasts a 180MP camera. Prices start at CNY 4,399 for Magic 6 and CNY 5,699 for the Pro model, with no current plans for a global release.

The Honor Magic 6 and Honor Magic 6 Pro have recently been introduced in China, as part of the renowned Magic series. These smartphones stand out due to their cutting-edge Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset.

They run on MagicOS 8.0, based on Android 14, ensuring a smooth user experience. The Pro model is especially noteworthy for its impressive 180MP camera, a significant advancement in mobile photography.

Honor Magic 6 and Magic 6 Pro: Introduction and Availability

These devices mark a major step in the smartphone industry with their advanced features and design, focused on delivering a high-end experience.

As of now, there's no confirmation about their availability outside China, suggesting they might be exclusive to the Chinese market initially.

Honor Magic 6 Pro Price

The base model (12GB RAM + 256GB storage) of the Honor Magic 6 Pro is priced at CNY 5,699 (approximately Rs. 65,000). The 16GB RAM + 512GB storage variant costs CNY 6,199 (about Rs. 68,000), and the top-end 16GB RAM + 1TB storage version is priced at CNY 6,699 (around Rs. 77,000).

These models come in various colours and are available for pre-order in China.

Honor Magic 6 Price

The Honor Magic 6 starts at CNY 4,399 (approximately Rs. 50,000) for the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage option. The price increases to CNY 4,699 (around Rs. 54,000) for the 16GB + 256GB model and CNY 4,999 (roughly Rs. 58,000) for the 16GB + 512GB variant.

Honor Magic 6 Pro Specifications

The Honor Magic 6 Pro features a 6.8-inch FHD+ Quad-Curved OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ support, and Dolby Vision. It runs on a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, with up to 16GB RAM and 1TB storage. It supports dual SIMs and runs Magic UI 8.0, based on Android 14.

The camera system includes a 50MP main, 50MP ultra-wide, and a remarkable 180MP periscope telephoto lens, capable of 4K video recording. A 50MP front camera with a 3D depth sensor is also included.

The phone is dust and water-resistant and comes with features like dual stereo speakers, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.3, and a 5600mAh battery with fast charging.

Honor Magic 6 Specifications

The Honor Magic 6 has a 6.78-inch FHD+ Curved OLED display, with similar display features as the Pro model. It shares the same chipset, memory, and software.

The rear camera setup includes a 50MP main, 50MP ultra-wide, and a 32MP telephoto lens. It also supports 4K video recording with a 50MP front camera.

This model matches the Pro in durability and connectivity but has a slightly smaller 5450mAh battery and different charging speeds. Its dimensions and weight are marginally less than the Pro variant.
