Actor Ajay Devgn will reprise his role as Vijay Salgaonkar in Drishyam 3, which is scheduled for a theatrical release on October 2, 2026, the makers announced on Monday.

Over the years, the character has come to be recognised as an iconic on-screen father, known for facing adversity with emotional strength and strategic thinking.
According to the makers, the film is being shot across several cities and locations. The narrative will move forward within the established Drishyam timeline, while bringing new and unexpected turns to the lives of the Salgaonkar family.
The original cast — Ajay Devgn, Tabu, Shriya Saran and Rajat Kapoor — will return, joined by other noted actors. The makers have promised edge-of-the-seat drama as the story progresses further.
