OxygenOS 16 on Android 16 finally feels like it knows it is running on a tablet. The highlight here is Open Canvas. Stylus Support: Finally Here, But…

The Pad Go 2 can work with the OnePlus Stylo, so writing notes, sketching and marking documents is all supported. The catch is simple. The stylus does not come in the box. If productivity is your plan, add that extra cost to your budget.

OnePlus has added 5G, but there is a condition. Only the 256 GB Shadow Black variant gets it. If you want Lavender Drift with cellular support, there is no option, which feels unnecessarily restrictive.

OnePlus Pad Go 2: A Tablet With Intent

The Pad Go 2 gives the impression of a product that has genuinely grown. The bigger screen, improved multitasking, cleaner design, stylus support and optional 5G come together nicely. It feels like an Android tablet that knows its place and is confident in it.
