IPL 2022 points table after Chennai vs Bangalore match on April 12

CSK who were stationed at the 10th spot in the table defeated Royal Challengers Bangalore by 23 runs in Match 22nd of the IPL 2022 on Tuesday. CSK had lost all their 4 games before this. Their opponents, Royal Challengers Bangalore who were on a 3 match winning run are now at the 3rd spot. They were earlier at the 5th spot in the table. Rajasthan still remains at the top of the table.

Meanwhile, Rajasthan's Jos Buttler remains stationed at the top spot on the list of top run-getters in IPL 2022 with 218 runs in 4 matches and currently holding the orange cap. However, after his brilliant 95* from 46 balls, Shivam Dube has replaced Quinton de Kock at the 2nd spot with a total of 207 in 5 matches. Yuzvendra Chahal continues to hold the purple cap with 11 wickets in four matches.
