Virat Kohli passes Yo-Yo Test before Asia Cup 2023, check his score here

Virat Kohli's name has become synonyms with fitness and the former India captain passed the Yo-Yo Test ahead of Asia Cup 2023.

Team India has arrived in Bengaluru for a training camp at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) where the players will train together before flying to Sri Lanka for the Asia Cup 2023.

Virat took to Instagram and even revealed his Yo-Yo Test score as he finished with a great score of 17.2

'The happiness of finishing the Yo Yo test between the dreaded cones,' wrote Kohli along with a picture.

As per the BCCI's recent guidelines, a player has to attain a score of 16.5 to pass the Yo-Yo test. In the past, the passing score used to be 16.1, as per PTI. The Yo-Yo test is a 2-km time circuit trial, which is meant to test the speed and endurance of the players.
