PAK vs ENG: Babar Azam unhappy over security measures, stands off the field for the first hour

Pakistan skipper Babar Azam was reportedly unhappy at the security measures put in place for the team as the 28-year-old reportedly stood off the field for the first hour of Day 2 of the 3rd Test against England as a protest for the intrusive security measures.

According to media reports, Babar got angry when he was stopped from going out for dinner at a local restaurant with some of his teammates and their family members. The security personnel made it clear that he and the other players had to seek prior clearance in order to go out.

Both Pakistan and England have been provided with President level security by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) as the Three Lions are touring Pakistan after 17 years. The PCB didn't want to take any chances with the security of the players during the tour.

With the PCB not giving out any statements on the situation, the official reason that has been given out is that Babar Azam missed the first hour of the match due to a severe headache.
