Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Be it the timing of your first meal or what you have early morning, every detail is important for your health. Most of us are always wondering what constitutes a healthy breakfast? A glass of smoothie, some non-oily paranthas or oats?

If you too are confused about what to have as the first meal of the day, we have a healthy yet tasty recommendation. This is for everyone who loves fruits and wants to include them as a part of their morning eating routine.

Fruit-laden breakfast ideas

  • Avocado Egg Toast

Avocados are great for breakfast, and when added to bread, make for the perfect first meal. Avocados are rich in monounsaturated fats, which is considered good for the heart. To make avocado egg toast, add some slices of avocado to a slice of bread and sprinkle salt and pepper for taste.

  • Berry Oats

Another great combo for breakfast is berries and oats. Add a punch of fruits to your boring oatmeal bowl. You can add berries of your choice like strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries!

  • Banana Oat Pancakes

Ditch regular sugar-infused pancakes for banana-topped pancakes. These healthy delights can be prepped in minutes and will make you feel full!

  • Fruit Salad

When in a hurry and in no mood to think, devour a bowl of fruits. Add your favourite ones, you can add mangoes, strawberries, apples and berries. Top it with some chaat masala or honey and munch on!

  • Berry Chia Pudding

Soak some chia seeds in milk overnight. Top it with your favourite berries, and some honey and have it early morning. Chia seeds are packed with essential nutrients, including fiber, protein, omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants, calcium, phosphorus, and manganese.
