BTS, the two-time Grammy-nominated K-pop group, will feature in ‘Bridgerton’ season 3. RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook will not appear on the Netflix show, but their record-breaking single ‘Dynamite’ will be part of the series.

BTS fans, known as ARMY, are thrilled about this adaptation.

Netflix announced on X that an orchestral cover of BTS's Grammy-nominated song will feature in the new season. The platform also revealed other popular songs in the lineup, including Billie Eilish’s ‘Happier Than Ever,’ GAYLE’s ‘abcdefu,’ Pitbull’s ‘Give Me Everything,’ Nick Jonas’ ‘Jealous,’ Sia’s ‘Cheap Thrills,’ and Taylor Swift’s collaboration with Lana Del Rey titled ‘Snow On The Beach.’

Fans expressed their excitement on X about BTS's ‘Dynamite’ orchestral version in Bridgerton. One fan suggested using ‘Black Swan’ next. Another fan eagerly anticipated the new season. A third user celebrated BTS's upcoming feature, predicting everlasting fame.

      More about the show

The third season of the series, under Jess Brownell's direction, will be divided into two parts. The first part will debut on May 16, with the remaining four episodes premiering on June 13. The soundtracks will also be released in two parts.

Justin Kamps, the show's music supervisor, shared with Tudum, ‘I start to try to think of songs from the past that could maybe work for this and then also current hits that could possibly make sense.’

Regarding the music composition for the main characters this season, Kris Bowers, another returning music supervisor, commented, ‘Creating a new theme for Colin (Luke Newton), a new theme for Penn, and a new theme for the two of them together was a lot of fun. It definitely brought a fresh feeling to the sound and score for this season.’
