Varun Tej and Lavanya Tripathi's wedding rights sold? Actor's team clarifies

Varun Tej and Lavanya Tripathi's wedding in Italy’s Tuscany received a lot of limelight. There were reports doing rounds that the couple has sold the rights of their wedding videos to Netflix for ₹8 crore, but Varun’s team has confirmed that reports are ‘baseless.’

Varun's team shares statement
Varun’s team issued a statement in this regard which read, “The ongoing speculations around the OTT rights of Varun Tej and Lavanya Tripathi's wedding are completely baseless and untrue. Requesting everyone not to believe in such rumours and spread them." Vamsi Shekhar, a known public relations professional, took to X and shared the statement.

Varun and Lavanya got married in a beautiful setup in Tuscany Borgo San Felice Resort in Tuscany on November 1. The wedding was attended by family and close friends and celebrities like Chiranjeevi, Ram Charan, and Allu Arjun also became a part of celebrations. Fans were treated to the inside pictures from the wedding and other ceremonies.

The couple hosted their reception on November 4 in Hyderabad. The grand reception was attended by esteemed guests including Naga Chaitanya, Naga Babu, Konidela, his wife Padmaja Konidela, Indian badminton sensation Sai Nehwal.
