Thalapathy Vijay shines on Times Square Billboard ahead of his birthday | Watch

Megastar Thalapathy Vijay will celebrate his 49th birthday on June 22 and fans are ensuring that the day turns out to be extra special for him.

The actor became one of the few Tamil actors to feature on New York City’s renowned Times Square Billboard. Several stills of the actor were featured in a small video that played on the billboard ahead of his birthday.

Before Vijay, Dhanush and R Madhavan had featured on the Times Square Billboard as well.
On the work front, Thalapathy Vijay is currently working on ‘Leo’, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. The action-packed movie is all set to hit the theatres on October 19, 2023.

The movie, which is said to be a part of the Lokesh Cinematic Universe, stars Sanjay Dutt as the antagonist, while Trisha is the female lead. The film also stars Mysskin, Gautham Menon, Priya Anand, Arjun Sarja, Sandy, and Mansoor Ali Khan. Anirudh Ravichander will compose music for the action entertainer.

Vijay will next be seen in ‘Thalapathy 68’, which will be directed by Venkat Prabhu. The cast and crew, along with the title announcement for the film, will be officially made by the production team soon. The film is scheduled to be released in cinemas in 2024.
