‘Salaar 2’ major update: Prabhas starrer to go on floors on this day, deets inside

Prabhas starrer ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ has taken the box office by storm and the rebel star’s fans have another reason to celebrate. The actor is reportedly gearing up for the second installment of his hit film ‘Salaar’ with Prashanth Neel.

‘Salaar 2’ to go on floors

In a major update related to ‘Salaar 2’, reports have emerged that the much-anticipated sequel will kick off on August 10. The filming will take place at Ramoji Film City during a 15-day schedule.

Earlier, the film was reported to be getting delayed as director Prashanth Neel is occupied with another film titled ‘Dragon’, featuring Jr NTR. However, the film is now back on track and will likely arrive on its scheduled release date.

The film will reportedly be shot over eight months and director Prashanth Neel will be juggling between ‘Salaar 2’ and ‘Dragon’ with NTR Jr. He has reportedly drawn a schedule to adjust his time for both the films.

About ‘Salaar Part 1: Ceasefire’

‘Salaar’ brought superstar Prabhas, who is known for delivering big budget films, back to the box office game. The film grossed around 615.26 crores at the worldwide box office. With ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ setting the tone, Prabhas is gearing up for another blockbuster.

Besides Prabhas, ‘Salaar Part 1: Ceasefire’ also starred Shruti Haasan, Eswari Rao, Bobby Simha, Tinnu Anand, Jagapati Babu, and Devaraj.
