Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Aaradhya, Anil Kapoor, Kartik Aaryan and others attend ‘PS 2’ screening: Watch

Filmmaker Mani Ratnam hosted a special screening of his film ‘Ponniyin Selvan 2’ at the Yash Raj Films studio in Mumbai on Sunday evening. Vikram, Aishwarya Rai, and her daughter Aaradhya, Aditi Rao Hydari, Shriya Saran, Anil Kapoor, Kartik Aaryan, and Bobby Deol were among many other celebrities who attended the event.

Aishwarya Rai was seen in a black and golden suit while Aaradhya donned a denim outfit. Vikram opted for a black shirt, pants, and dark sunglasses. Bobby Deol flashed the thumbs-up sign as he arrived for the screening. Aditi Rao Hydari smiled at the paparazzi from inside her car.

‘Ponniyin Selvan 2’ was released in theatres on April 28 and it has already earned ₹100 crore at the global box office. The film, which is based on author Kalki Krishnamurthy's popular 1955 Tamil novels of the same name, stars Vikram, Aishwarya Rai, Karthi, Jayam Ravi, Trisha, Sobhita Dhulipala and Prakash Raj, among others. It is considered one of the most expensive movies ever made with a reported budget of ₹500 crore.
