He faces charges under Sections 354 A (sexual harassment) and 509 (outraging modesty of a woman), following an inquiry by the Chennai city police at his residence.

The controversy erupted when Mansoor, reflecting on his absence of intimate scenes with Trisha in 'Leo,' made abhorrent remarks about a potential bedroom scene and his past experience with 'rape scenes.'

Trisha swiftly denounced his remarks as sexist, disrespectful, and repulsive, vowing never to share screen space with someone of his character.

Director Lokesh Kanagaraj echoed her sentiments, expressing dismay and condemning Mansoor's behavior.
