Jimin and Jungkook of BTS to feature in new travel show; Here is when and where it will premiere

Despite their absence due to military enlistment, BTS members are making sure to keep the ARMYs entertained. Jin is back from the military and is often interacting with fans on social media platforms. Jimin is soon releasing his album ‘MUSE’ and his another project with bandmate Jungkook has got a release date.

BTS’ label BigHit Music shared the release date of Jimin and Jungkook starrer new travel reality show. Taking to X, BigHit Music left everyone surprised with the exciting announcement. The label dropped a cryptic teaser video with the caption, “?! 2024. 08. 08. Coming Soon,” before unveiling a poster of the travel reality show ‘Are You Sure?” featuring the duo.

When and where to watch the travel show

The eight-part Disney Plus series was filmed in 2023 and will be released on August 8, 2024. According to reports, the first two episodes will debut on August 8, followed by fresh episodes every Thursday.

In the poster, Jimin and Jungkook smile from ear to ear while canoeing.’ The show is filmed in three destinations: New York City, Jeju Island, and Sapporo, Japan. The BTS stars will enjoy local cuisine, shopping, cooking, camping, canoeing, swimming as they explore adventurous trips in the show. ARMYs will get to see Jikook’s precious bonds.

When Jungkook teased the show

Jungkook dropped hints about the variety show back in November when he appeared on bandmate Suga’s talk show ‘Suchwita’. Jungkook revealed that he had discussed the idea with Jimin but it was fun when they shot it. “Ages ago, he said it might be fun to do a travel variety show with me and I agreed. But it didn’t end up going anywhere after that. Then suddenly, they set up a shoot. It was so funny after Jimin came. It was just a total mess. As soon as he came, there’s something about Jimin that tugs at your heartstrings. It was so funny and the next day we were doing something, and it was hilarious,” Jungkook said.
