The star-studded Grammys 2023 was held in Los Angeles and there were many electric performances at the event. However, the presence of K-pop band BTS was missed by their fans. Despite receiving several nominations this year, the band members did not attend the ceremony.
BTS lost to Taylor Swift for music video and to Sam Smith and Kim Petras for pop duo/group performance at the Grammys and the ARMY is furious on their behalf. After BTS lost out on the awards, their fans expressed their disappointment on Twitter and started to term the awards as &lsquo;Scammys&rsquo;.
One user said 'you need me i don't need you'. bts continues to smash records while the grammys continue to lose relevance. that's that on that' while another user said 'its the way none of the performances on the scammys will ever live up to bts&rsquo; butter performance'
 Previously, BTS was nominated for pop duo/group performance for &lsquo;Dynamite&rsquo; in 2021 and &lsquo;Butter&rsquo; in 2022, but the award went to Lady Gaga and Ariana Grande&rsquo;s &lsquo;Rain on Me,&rsquo; then Doja Cat and SZA&rsquo;s &lsquo;Kiss Me More.&rsquo;
 Fans also shared old clips of BTS leader RM where he talked about losing the Grammys and said, &lsquo;There are so many blessings we could have gotten these eight years, but I guess for the whole journey, the best luck that we ever had is that we had you guys all over the world. So please don&rsquo;t forget that whether we got the Grammys or not, we got what we wanted. We got you, so that means we got everything.&rsquo;

According to news agency Soompi, Management SOOP said, ‘It is true that Nam Joo-hyuk was accepted into the military police force. He will be enlisting in the police squad on March 20.’ 

‘Twenty-Five Twenty-One’ actor Nam Joo-hyuk will enlist in military in March, his agency confirms 

Joo-hyuk will receive basic military training at the army training centre for five weeks after being enlisted. He will then get transferred to his station.

Actor Nam Joo-hyuk, who is well-known for his role in &lsquo;Twenty-Five Twenty-One, will enlist in the South Korean military in March. His agency Management SOOP reportedly announced the date of the actor joining the military on Tuesday. Joo-hyuk reportedly applied to The Capital Defence Command Military Police Group in May 2022.

BTS&rsquo; eldest member Jin is back to Weverse momentarily and shared pictures and a message for fans for the first time since he joined the South Korean military in December, 2022. He told fans that he is doing well and requested them to take care of themselves.
Sharing his pictures in his uniform and a mask, Jin wrote, &lsquo;I&rsquo;m enjoying my life. I&rsquo;m posting a photo after getting permission from the military. ARMY, be happy and take care.&rsquo; &nbsp;He treated fans to three pictures, a solo picture and two selfies. In a selfie, he can be seen flashing the victory sign as he gives a close up of his face.
As soon as the picture was shared, BTS Army flooded the comment section with best wishes for him.
According to many Korean outlets, Jin has completed his formal training at the Division Recruit center and is now a commander. Several videos of him from the camp are going viral on social media.

South Korean star Park So-dam, known for her Oscar-winning film &lsquo;Parasite,&rsquo; has opened up about her cancer diagnosis. The actor was diagnosed with papillary thyroid cancer while filming 'Phantom', but she continued working through 2021.
According to Soompi, she said, &lsquo;While filming, I didn&rsquo;t know my body was in pain. I just thought it was burnout. It was the first time I felt afraid to go on set. I think my body was sending me a signal, but I just thought of it as a mental issue. I felt so apologetic towards the director and my seniors. After filming, I even cried because I felt apologetic.&rsquo;
She also recalled, &lsquo;While waiting for my biopsy results, I did my dubbing for Phantom. I was in a bad state, to the point where I almost lost my voice, so if I was just a little bit late. I almost would&rsquo;ve been unable to do the recordings.&rsquo;
The actor said she has recovered now and is thankful to get her voice back. She also revealed that her skin has been affected due to hormonal imbalances yet she can only focus on how happy she is now.

Indian fans of BTS were impressed with Jungkook&rsquo;s music choice. The singer had recently hinted about his promotion to fellow band member J-Hope during a Weverse banter. As soon as the news of Jin&rsquo;s promotion broke out, BTS ARMY started trending &lsquo;Private First Class Jin&rsquo; on Twitter. However, BTS' agency Big Hit has not yet shared any update about Jin's promotion.

FACE is all about Jimin facing himself head-on as he gets ready for his next step as a solo artist. With his band BTS, Jimin released three solo songs - &lsquo;Lie&rsquo; in 2016, &lsquo;Serendipity&rsquo; in 2017, and &lsquo;Filter&rsquo; in 2020. He released his first independent song, &lsquo;Promise&rsquo;, in 2018 which he co-wrote and co-composed. He also crooned the song &lsquo;With You&rsquo; for the Korean drama &lsquo;Our Blues&rsquo;.
Several BTS members are following their individual projects since 2022. RM and J-Hope have both released their solo albums. Suga will soon be going on a solo tour. Meanwhile, the eldest member of the band Jin is currently carrying out his mandatory military service.
