Han So Hee and Ryu Jun Yeol are the latest celebrity couple who have set K-bizz abuzz with their alleged messed-up dating timeline. Now, Dispatch Korea has released some new pictures of the couple from their intimate Hawaiian getaway, further garnering them public scrutiny. For the uninitiated, before going exclusive with So Hee, Jun Yeol was in a relationship with Girl's Day's Lee Hyeri, who had also seemingly reacted to her now ex-boyfriend's dating rumours.

In their latest issue, Dispatch Korea shared some unseen photos of Han So Hee and Ryu Jun Yeol from their Hawaii vacation, reporting that the couple was together at the time the photos surfaced on the Korean website recently, despite several reports claiming they began dating when Ryu was still with Hyeri. The new pictures show the couple in their tourist mode as they take a stroll down the street with their friends and teams in Hawaii.

Han So Hee and Ryu Jun Yeol's dating rumours first surfaced after a netizen posted a picture of the actors, claiming that the 'Nevertheless' and 'Reply 1988' actors appeared affectionate during their swimming pool date in Hawaii. This prompted an online feud between Hyeri and Han So Hee. Following the online bickering, Han and Ryu's agencies confirmed their dating rumours, with the 'My Name' actor confirming her new relationship in her blog post.

Despite Han So Hee clarifying that she only began dating Ryu Jun Yeol after his break-up with Hyeri, many argued that she was the reason behind the 'Reply 1988' co-stars' fallout, who announced their separation in November 2023 after dating for seven years. Following massive trolling online, Han went private on Instagram and also deleted her blog post.

Ryu Jun Yeol and Hyeri's break-up

Dispatch confirmed that Hyeri and Ryu Jun Yeol had grown distant around mid-2023. The report added that the 'trouble in paradise' began in June and gradually dwindled to the point where they stopped communicating altogether. Citing an insider, they wrote, "Normally, the two don’t share stories about their love lives. But even if they don’t say anything, I can feel it. I’ve been in touch with them often, but the time they spend looking at their phones has gradually decreased. But Ryu Jun Yeol didn’t go to Hyeri’s birthday party. Everyone felt something was off.”

Meanwhile, the report went on to add that Han So Hee and Ryu Jun Yeol met at a photo exhibition for the first time on November 15. While it was not love at first sight, they slowly started falling for each other following their instant connection. Notably, Hyeri and Jun Yeol also announced their breakup in November last year.
