Goodbye, Lovely Runner! Byeon Woo Seok-Kim Hye Yoon wrap up show with heartfelt messages

Byeon Woo Seok and Kim Hye Yoon starrer K-drama, ‘Lovely Runner’ aired its final episode this week. Not only the fans but even the actors of the tvN series are emotional as the drama concluded. The videos of the actors giving their closing remarks have been shared by the tvN along with the BTS videos from the sets.

Byeon Woo Seok gets teary-eyed

Byeon Woo Seok, Kim Hye Yoon, Song Geon Hee, and Lee Seung Hyub shared heartwarming messages as the team of ‘Lovely Runner’ concluded the filming of the series. The makers treated the fans to some behind-the-scenes videos where the star cast can be seen expressing their gratitude to fans and fellow team members.

Woo Seok who played the role of ‘Ryu Sun Jae’ in the series, gained huge popularity, thanks to his role in the show. Expressing his gratitude, the actor said that even though he had dreamt of a moment like this, he never expected it to arrive so suddenly. He said that everything still feels surreal to him. He added that living as Sun Jae for over a year has left him with indescribable emotions. He asked fans to continue showering their love on him and said, “thank you.”

Kim Hye Yoon, who played Im Sol in the series, said that she cherished every moment of bringing her character to life. The actor said that although she is sad that it has come to an end, she’s grateful for the love shown to her character.

Earlier, the cast of the series gathered for a special screening of the final episode. Byeon Woo Seok, who got his first lead role in a K-drama in ‘Lovely Runner’, can be seen breaking down in tears.
