BLACKPINK's Lisa impressed fans again with her latest track ‘ROCKSTAR,’ showcasing her undeniable star power. This talented artist made her solo comeback after about 2.5 years. Lisa debuted as a soloist in 2021 with her single album ‘LALISA.’

On June 28, BLACKPINK's Lisa released her single ‘ROCKSTAR’ along with its music video. Fans eagerly awaited this release as it marks her first solo comeback since 2021. Additionally, it is her first official release under her own label, LLOUD.

The video also presents Lisa in a fresh light. Her all-English rap has a sharper edge, and her movements and choreography exude a more powerful energy.

The star spent a lot of money to shoot a scene in Bangkok’s iconic Chinatown. She is seen strutting across Yaowarat Road. The Blackpink member reportedly paid 20,000 Baht to every shop owner.

For the unversed, Yaowarat Road is one of the busiest and vibrant areas of Thailand.

According to reports, BLACKPINK's Lisa will be part of the upcoming drama ‘The White Lotus’ Season 3. Production for the season reportedly began in February in Thailand. Lisa will be working under the name Lalisa Manobal for the HBO series.

In December 2023, it was confirmed that all BLACKPINK members renewed their contracts with YG Entertainment for group activities, but they did not sign with the agency for their individual projects.
