Global pop sensation Taylor Swift has made it to Forbes' 2024 billionaire list. The singer, who attained billionaire status in October last year, is one of the 141 new names added to the prestigious list. Swift has now joined Rihanna, Kim Kardashian, Oprah Winfrey, and Star Wars creator George Lucas, among others. There were a record 2,781 billionaires in 2024, per Forbes.

Taylor Swift has made her debut on Forbes' 2024 billionaire list. The pop star's net worth is currently estimated at $1.1 billion (approximately Rs 9,169 crore). Forbes credited Swift's phenomenal success on her ground-breaking Eras Tour for her newfound status. “Her estimated $190 million post-tax earnings from her historic Eras Tour helped boost the country-and-pop musician into the three-comma club—the first person to do it based solely on songwriting and performing,” Forbes reported.

Taylor has taken a break from her Eras Tour to focus on the release of her 11th studio album, 'The Tortured Poets Department'. She announced her new album during her speech at the February 2024 Grammy Awards after she won the coveted Best Pop Vocal Album title for her 10th studio album, 'Midnights'. The 'Folklore' hitmaker revealed that she began planning the album after the release of 'Midnights' and developed the track list during the 2023–2024 Eras Tour.
