Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs gets desperate, files third appeal

Sean Diddy Combs is getting restless to come out. His bail has been denied twice even before the start of the trial, but the rapper is not giving up. According to reports, Diddy’s lawyers have a third appeal for his pre-trial release on October 8.

The reason for Diddy's bail being denied despite the strict conditions proposed by his lawyers is that the court feels he might tamper with the witnesses. The court in its order had said that ‘there is no condition or combination of conditions’ to ensure he will not obstruct justice or tamper with witnesses.

However, Diddy’s lawyers argue that the rapper intends to contest the charges, not flee and his bail conditions would stop him from posing a danger to anyone or contacting any witnesses.
The disgraced music mogul was arrested at a Manhattan hotel on September 16. Diddy was charged with racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution. He is currently lodged in Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Centre.
