‘House of the Dragon season 2’: New posters unveiled ahead of trailer launch, fans asked to choose team

The makers of the superhit HBO show ‘House of the Dragon’ have released brand new posters. Ahead of the mega trailer launch for the much-loved show, the makers of the show have asked the fans to choose their favourite team. The exciting new posters teased the war between ‘team green’ and ‘team black’.

Six new posters were unveiled by the makers introducing the key characters of the show. Posters introduce Olivia Cooke as Alicent Hightower and Emma D’Arcy as Queen Rhaenyra Targaryen. Alicent represents green while Emma is leading the team black. Sharing the stunning posters on their official handle, House of the Dragon official handle wrote, “All Must Choose. Team Green or Team Black.”

The makers were successful in their objective as the fans flooded the comment section to pick their favourite. The netizens appeared divided as both Alicent and Queen Rhaenyra found enough fans supporting them.

About ‘House of the Dragon season 2’

The second season of the ‘Game of Thrones’ spin-off will premiere on HBO and Max in June this year. In India, the fans will be able to watch the HBO series on Jio Cinema. ‘House of the Dragon season 2’ picks its plot from George RR Martin’s novel ‘Fire and Blood’. It is set in the fictional realm of Westeros, nearly 200 years before the ‘Game of Thrones’ events. Season 2 will reportedly consist of eight episodes.

Besides Olivia Cooke and Emma D’Arcy, Matt Smith, Eve Best, Steve Toussaint, Fabien Frankel, Ewan Mitchell, Tom Glynn-Carney and Sonoya Mizuno will be seen in key roles.
