Varun Dhawan teams up with 'Jawan' director Atlee for 'VD18'; here's when the film will release

Actor Varun Dhawan has teamed up with director Atlee for his next project 'VD18'. The actioner, directed by Kalees, will go on the floors by July end/early August.

Varun Dhawan took to his Instagram stories and wrote, 'VD18, May 31, 2024, in theatres.'

Written & Directed by @kalees_dir Produced by @muradkhetani and @priyaatlee Presented by @atlee47 The film is slated to release worldwide on May 31st 2024,' A For Apple Studios posted on Instagram.

The details of the movie's plot have been kept under wraps, but the movie is reportedly an official remake of Atlee-directed 'Theri'.

Atlee will be making his Bollywood debut with Shah Rukh Khan's action entertainer 'Jawan'. The film is scheduled to release worldwide on September 7.
