Actor Urvashi Rautela has reportedly bought a new bungalow in Mumbai worth Rs 190 crore and interestingly, her residence is located next to ace filmmaker Yash Chopra’s house.

According to ETimes, the four-floor bungalow comprises a lavish garden, a personal gym, and a huge backyard. It is a perfect combination of modern aesthetics as well as timeless charm.

Earlier, the actor was considering the bungalow in the Lokhandwala area, but decided not to settle for it. She then found her new home in Juhu Scheme, a plush neighbourhood in Mumbai. Urvashi has been staying in her new mansion for approximately two to three months but has maintained a low profile about her new residence.

Urvashi Rautela recently walked the red carpet at the Cannes Film Festival 2023 and made heads turn. She also grabbed headlines after she wore a reptile motif neckpiece that was later alleged to be fake.

On the work front, Urvashi Rautela has completed shooting for the film ‘Dil Hai Gray’, which is a remake of the Tamil film ‘Thiruttu Payale 2’. She is also set to make her lead debut in Telugu films with the film ‘Black Rose’.

She also has a Karan Johar movie in the pipeline.
