Filmmaker Sajid Khan has stirred controversy with his participation in reality show 'Bigg Boss 16'. Now, an old interview of the director has surfaced on the internet, in which he can be seen talking about his split with actor Gauhar Khan.

When Kiran Juneja asked him what went wrong between him and Gauhar. He said, 'In those days, I had a bad character. I used to go around with girls and lie to them. Although I never misbehaved with anyone, I used to propose to everyone and have said I love you and will you marry me to every girl.'

He added, 'If things would have been that way, I have been married for the 350th time. Also, all women in my life must also be missing me and abusing me at the same time. 'If you give any nonsense to modern women or treat them like a damsel in distress, they will leave you. Today there’s a lot of awareness about women which I am very happy about because I have been with a working mom and sister,' he concluded.

Sajid Khan’s comments have irked the netizens and they have slammed him in the comment section of the video.

Bhojpuri actor Rani Chatterjee has also accused him in an interview with Aaj Tak and said that Sajid tried to touch her inappropriately, questioning her about her breast size and her frequency of intercourse with her boyfriend.
