Sajid Khan on ‘Bigg Boss’: Filmmaker Sajid Khan has been making headlines ever since he entered the ‘Bigg Boss’ house. Several celebrities and viewers have slammed the makers on social media over Sajid’s participation. Now, Sherlyn Chopra, one of the women who have accused the filmmaker of sexual harassment, has sent a legal notice to ‘Bigg Boss 16’ to remove Sajid from the reality TV show. She has also questioned host Salman Khan and makers for giving him berth in the show.

Calling him a ‘habitual molester’ and a ‘sexual predator’, she asked if ‘Bigg Boss’ house is a place where such people can get shelter.

Speaking with Instant Bollywood, the model-actor said, ‘All the victims had similar experiences, not even one of them said that he kept his hands on my head and gave me blessings. So it should be understood that he is a habitual molester and a sexual predator. And Bigg Boss makers and Salman Khan have given shelter to such a person in the house. Now you tell me if it’s acceptable. Kya Bigg Boss 16 ka ghar molesters ke liye hai (Is the Bigg Boss house for molesters).’

Earlier, she had shared an article which demanded Salman Khan to take a stand in the matter on Twitter. Sherlyn tweeted, ‘He had flashed his private part at me and asked me to rate it on a scale of 0 to 10. I'd like to enter into the house of Big Boss & give him the rating! Let India watch how a survivor deals with her molester! Please take a stand! @BeingSalmanKhan.’

Singer Sona Mohapatra too took a dig at Salman on social media, and said the host was guilty of ‘whitewashing’ Sajid Khan.

‘Whitewashing his own toxic masculinity for eons with #BeingHuman despite being anything but; yes my old foe in twitter wars; #SalmanKhan . Continues the whitewashing in the BRO-HOOD. #SajidKhan . (Btw his gifting watches/food truck/surgeries is only more virtue signalling),’ she tweeted

A few days back, Delhi Commission for Women also protested Sajid’s participation and wrote a letter to Information and Broadcasting minister Anurag Thakur, demanding Sajid’s ouster.

However, Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) came out in support of the filmmaker and in a letter to Anurag Thakur, they said that Sajid has the right to survive and earn his living as he has served the punishment.
