Taapsee Pannu to produce a film with Samantha Ruth Prabhu, says 'we will announce what it is very soon'

Taapsee Pannu, who is currently promoting her forthcoming film 'Shabaash Mithu,' is reportedly all set to produce a film that will feature Samantha Ruth Prabhu in the lead role. In a recent conversation with Pinkvilla, the actor talked about her stint as a producer with 'Dhak Dhak,' and announced that she would be backing a film that will star Samantha.

'There is something that we are working together on. We will announce what it is very soon. But yes, we are working on something together. I will be producing it,' Taapsee informed the publication.

The actor was questioned if she will also be acting in the film, to which she responded that she would if there is a part for her to do. She further added that there is a 'different kind of excitement in producing the project.

Besides promoting 'Shabaash Mithu,' which releases in theatres on July 15, Taapsee is also producing ‘Dhak Dhak,' starring Ratna Pathak Shah, Fatima Sana Shaikh, Dia Mirza, and Sanjana Sanghi.

She also has 'Blurr' and 'Woh Ladki Hai Kahaan' lined up.
