'Girls Will Be Girls' revolves around Mira, a 16-year-old portrayed by Preeti Panigrahi, navigating her complex relationship with her mother in a strict Himalayan boarding school. The film delves into Mira’s journey of teenage love. Themes of mother-daughter dynamics, autonomy over one’s body, and female empowerment across generations is portrayed sensitively.
