Rakesh Roshan woke up and decided to motivate everyone. The 74-year-old filmmaker Rakesh Roshan shared a glimpse of his fitness routine with his Instagram followers and the Internet can barely believe it.

Rakesh Roshan posted a video clip of his workout routine at the gym. The clip gives glimpses of the filmmaker doing rigorous exercises which include bench presses, pushups, leg exercises, and heavy weightlifting under the guidance of his fitness trainer. The ‘Krrish’ director is seen as fit as ever in a black t-shirt and shorts.

He wrote in the caption, “I wasn’t posting, but I never missed a workout. My dedication stayed strong.”

Fans were left stunned seeing the veteran filmmaker following such rigorous fitness training. Netizens are not the only ones in disbelief, but even the fitness icon, Hrithik Roshan was in awe of his father’s fitness regime. Hrithik re-shared the video “Matlab ke kaise!! How?! Unbelievable papa!! (I mean how!! How?! Unbelievable papa!!).”

Besides Hrithik Roshan, Rakesh Roshan’s daughter Sunaina Roshan also praised her mentor. She wrote, “Papa you are my mentor of dedication and discipline , because of you I have my endless willpower for everything.” Several other Bollywood celebrities including Suneil Shetty, and Anupam Kher also expressed their amazement.
