Mithun Chakraborty talks about his days of struggle in Bollywood: 'Even thought of committing suicide'

Mithun Chakraborty has made a shocking revelation from his past. In a recent interview, the actor recalled his struggling days in Bollywood and mentioned that he would think of committing suicide at times.

Talking to Times Of India, Mithu said he prefers not to talk about his struggling days as it may demotivate the aspiring artists.

'Everyone goes through struggles, but mine was so much. Sometimes I used to think I won't be able to achieve my goals, I even thought of committing suicide. I couldn't even return to Kolkata due to some reasons,' he said.

He further advised people never to think of ending their life without fighting. Giving his own example, the actor said that he is a born fighter and now he has reached new heights.

Mithun made his debut in the film industry with the 1976 film 'Mrigayaa'. Mithun was last seen in Vivek Agnihotri's directorial, 'The Kashmir Files' which was based on the exodus of Kashmiri Pandits during the early 1990s.
