'Metro In Dino': From Sara Ali Khan to Aditya Roy Kapur, catch the mega-star cast in theatres on THIS day

It was back in 2007 when Konkona Sen Sharma, Shilpa Shetty, Dharmendra, Kay Kay Menon, Irrfan Khan, Shiney Ahuja, Kangana Ranaut, Nafisa Ali and Sharman Joshi mesmerised us with their life and love stories in 'Life in a... Metro'. After 17 years, we are finally being graced with the sequel, 'Metro In Dino'. While only Konkona has been retained from the previous cast, the new and fresh pairings will excite you. Here are some more details about the movie, release date and the mega-star cast.

Metro In Dino all set to release in November

Anurag Basu's directorial, 'Metro In Dino', will be released on November 29 in cinemas. The release of the movie has been postponed. The film's mega-star cast includes Aditya Roy Kapur, Konkona Sensharma, Sara Ali Khan, Fatima Sana Shaikh, Pankaj Tripathi and Neena Gupta among others in pivotal roles.

The makers made the announcement on social media and wrote, "Love in the city takes center stage as #MetroInDino unfolds the heartwarming tales of modern couples. Mark your calendars for #November 29th to witness the magic of love with an incredible ensemble cast including #AdityaRoyKapur, Sara Ali Khan, Anupam Kher, Neena Gupta, Pankaj Tripathi, Konkona Sensharma, Ali Fazal, and Fatima Sana Shaikh. Get ready for a journey through urban romance like never before! (sic)."

The project was announced in December last year. The director had revealed that the film will be an anthology and he called it the "tale of the people and for the people" in a press statement. He also added, “The storyline is very fresh and relevant as I look forward to collaborating with amazing artists who bring that essence of contemporary aura with them.”

We just cannot wait!

This will be the first time Sara Ali Khan will be seen opposite Aditya Roy Kapur.
