Kartik Aaryan celebrates Virat Kohli’s 49th century by binging on red velvet cake; see pic

Virat Kohli gave his fans a magnificent return gift on his 35th birthday. He scored his 49th one-day international (ODI) hundred during the ICC Cricket World Cup match against South Africa in Kolkata on November 6.

This feat equals Sachin Tendulkar’s world record.

Following India’s win over South Africa at the Eden Gardens, scores of cricket fanatics congratulated the Men in Blue especially Kohli for his amazing feat.

Bollywood actor Kartik Aaryan was among many who celebrated Virat Kohli’s century by binging on a delicious cake.

Taking to Instagram, Kartik Aaryan posted a picture in which he is seen standing inside a popular bakery in Pune, holding a plate of delicious-looking cake and a spoon. Sharing the picture, the actor wrote, ‘Virat ki century ho to cheating to banti hai.’

For the outing, the actor decided to go casual. He looked smart in a pair of blue denims and a basic white t-shirt paired with a cap.

Besides Kartik Aaryan, many other celebrities including Arjun Kapoor, Varun Dhawan and Ranveer Singh took to social media to congratulate Kohli for his remarkable performance. They also wished him on his 35th birthday.

Kartik Aaryan completed his engineering before stepping into the Indian film industry with Luv Ranjan's ‘Pyaar Ka Punchnama’ in 2011. The film went on to become a massive success, making him a household name.

Kartik has been a part of the Indian film industry for more than a decade now. He has been part of many hit projects such as ‘Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety’, ‘Luka Chuppi’, ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2’, and ‘Satyaprem Ki Katha’, among many others.

Kartik Aaryan is currently busy shooting for Kabir Khan's upcoming film ‘Chandu Champion’ in which he will be seen in a titular role.
