Karan Mehra lashes out at Rajeev Sen as after he accuses him of having an affair with Charu Asopa

The blame game between actor Sushmita Sen's brother Rajeev Sen and his wife Charu Asopa seems to be getting worse. Rajeev had accused his wife Charu Asopa of having an affair with Karan Mehra in an exclusive interview with Hindustan Times.

In the HT interview, Rajeev had said, ‘One of the points to be noted from the voice note is her romance with TV actor Karan Mehra being disclosed by her mother. She made a romantic reel with him. She blames me for cheating on her and being suspicious of her. What a world we live in.’

Now, Karan Mehra has reacted to these accusations strongly and said that he spoke with Charu briefly at a promotional event in June and he hasn't contacted her after that. He stated prior to the event they met 10 years ago.

He said he wishes to file a defamation suit against Rajeev for levelling such allegations.
Even Charu reacted to Rajeev's accusations and said that she's embarrassed. Charu said she worked with Karan on one show 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlta Hai' and she hasn’t met him for 12 years and recently they met an event where they had to post one reel as a professional commitment.

Charu Asopa and Rajeev Sen tied the knot in 2019 but just after a few months, reports of their divorce started circulating. The two became parents to daughter Ziana in November last year. Amid various allegations, the duo united for their daughter's birthday celebration earlier this week.
