Kailash Kher meets Shah Rukh Khan weeks after ‘bade aadmi’ remark; says ‘Hum toh laad karte hai apko’

Singer-music composer Kailash Kher, who was invited with his band to perform at the Ambani’s Ganpati celebrations, is all praise for Shah Rukh Khan. Taking to social media, he shared a video in which King Khan is seen walking up on stage to greet him.

Sharing the video, the singer wrote, ‘Whenever we meet, we meet with great hospitality and respect, actor @iamsrk coming on stage at Mumbai Kailasa concert and greeting all the @bandkailasa members, shows his politeness and humility. There were many film people but among them Shahrukh especially gave an excellent example by coming up to the stage. No matter what someone does/becomes, politeness leaves a far-reaching impact on a person's personality. Fame/popularity is temporary (sic).’

He added, ‘Music director Anirudh made us sing the song in the background score of the film Jawan that very night before we went to New York because Shahrukh Bhaisaheb had a strong desire that we should sing it.’

Kailash Kher’s recent remarks about Shah Rukh Khan went viral. He revealed in an interview that a song sung by him for the film ‘Chalte Chalte’ didn’t make it to the film’s album. He ended up saying, ‘Bade aadmi bhi choti harkat kar sakte hain.’

Now it looks like the stars have buried all the hatchets.

On the work front, Shah Rukh Khan starrer ‘Jawan’ is currently running in the theatres and smashing multiple box office records.
