Gangubai Kathiawadi's 'Jab Saiyaan' is the song we need to hear today

While the nation is still grooving to the popular 'Dholida', the makers have released a brand new track from the film titled, 'Jab Saiyan'. As the name suggests, the song is a romantic number sung by the enchanting Shreya Ghoshal. It is composed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali and written by A M Turaz.

'Jab Saiyaan' chronicles the chemistry between Alia Bhatt and her co-star Shantanu Maheshwari. The song begins with a game of cards between Alia and Shantanu and follows their romantic moments. The soulful track has every element to make it to your playlist.

Shreya Ghoshal who recently completed 20 years in the industry shared the track on her official handle. She thanked Sanjay Leela Bhansali for the opportunity.

"From my debut to 20 years later, nothing makes me happier than singing a song for Sanjay Leela Bhansali Sir. I couldn't have asked for a better way to celebrate 20 years in the industry." wrote the singer.

Gangubai Kathiawadi is slated to release in theatres on February 25.
