Star couple Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi at home with daughter Vamika on September 19 in a unique and eco-friendly way.

Anushka took to Instagram to share a series of pictures from their celebrations and extended her best wishes to fans and followers.

Anushka looked gorgeous in a Kanjeevaram silk saree, while Virat looked dapper in an ivory kurta.

Anushka's post gave us a glimpse of an eco-friendly Ganpati idol and her house was seen decked up with marigold decorations.

Anushka Sharma posed with Virat in one of the pictures and another featured them candidly performing aarti.

Their daughter Vamika wasn't visible in any of the photos.

Sharing the photos, Anushka wrote, 'Happy Ganesh Chaturthi.'

Soon after Anushka Sharma posted the photos, celebrities including Karisma Kapoor and Mallika Dua reacted to them in the comment section.

Deepika Padukone also treated fans with photos featuring Ranveer Singh. The couple decked up in ethnic outfits for the occasion.

Several celebrities hosted parties and puja at their respective places on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi including Shilpa Shetty, Arpita Khan Sharma and Manish Malhotra.
