From friendship to love story: Parineeti Chopra finds her soulmate in AAP leader Raghav Chadha

Many were left stumped when rumours of actor Parineeti Chopra dating AAP leader Raghav Chadha started doing after they were spotted together more than once recently.

Parineeti has reportedly known Raghav for quite some time as they both studied in the UK and have many friends in common.

Parineeti studied at Manchester Business School, while Raghav studied at the London School of Economics. In January, both of them attended the first India UK Outstanding Achievers award in London.

Raghav Chadha worked at accountancy firms such as Deloitte, Shyam Malpani and Grant Thornton before starting his career as a politician. In 2011, at the age of 23, he joined the uprising against corruption in India, also known as India Against Corruption movement led by social activist Anna Hazare. He met Arvind Kejriwal during the movement.

Raghav Chadha has been a part of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) since its inception. The Aam Admi Party (AAP) MP from Punjab was appointed as a member of the parliament’s standing committee on finance in Rajya Sabha in 2022. He is the youngest MP in the upper house of Parliament.

At the age of 17, Parineeti moved to England where she completed her triple degree in Business, Finance and Economics. Besides this, the actor has also done BA Honors in Music.

She had disappeared from the big screen for three years after the release of her 2014 film ‘Kill Dil’ as she was alarmed by her weight gain. She made her comeback with the 2017 movie ‘Meri Pyaari Bindu’.

Recently, when Raghav Chadha was exiting the Parliament, he was asked about the videos of his meetings with Parineeti. He dodged the question by saying, ‘Please ask me questions about Rajneeti, not Parineeti.’ When asked about his marriage plans, the AAP leader said, ‘Aapko bataenge jab karenge to (Will let you know when I get married)
