Entertainment wrap: from Dasvi's new posters to 'The Kashmir Files' BO run

Abhishek Bachchan has unveiled the characters of his co-stars Yami Gautam and Nimrat Kaur from his upcoming film, 'Dasvi'. In the film, Yami essays the role of a police officer Jyoti Deswal, while Nimrat will be seen as Abhishek's wife, Bimla Devi. The Tushar Jalota directorial revolves around the life of Ganga Ram Chaudhary, who wishes to appear for the Class 10 exams. The makers will be releasing the trailer of 'Dasvi' tomorrow (March 23) at 11 am.

The makers of John Abraham-starrer, 'Attack Part 1' have unveiled the second trailer of the film. John Abraham too shared the trailer on his Insta handle. In the trailer we see John performing some high-octane action as a super-soldier. The film will be out in theatres on April 1, 2022.

'The Kashmir Files' Box office Collection has set the social media abuzz since its release. The film has collected nearly Rs. 200 crore club and is expected to enter the Rs. 300 crore club eventually. An IAS officer, Niyaz Khan from Madhya Pradesh praised the film and asked the makers of the film to donate the earnings of the film towards the education of children of the Kashmiri Pandits and for the construction of homes in Kashmir.

The makers of Ranveer Singh starrer 'Jayeshbhai Jordaar' are all set to turn the film into a comic book series. Produced by Yash Raj Films, the film will see Ranveer in the quirky, quick-witted avatar, the one we have never-seen-before! The social comedy is scheduled to hit the theatres on May 13. The comic will be out after the release of the film.

Gully Boy rapper MC Tod Fod aka Dharmesh Parmar has passed away at the age of 24 on March 21. Actors Ranveer Singh and Siddhant Chaturvedi took to their social media accounts to pay their tribute to the late rapper. Filmmaker Zoya Akhtar also penned her feelings in a heartfelt emotional note.

Rajkummar Rao unveiled his look from his first Netflix series called, 'Guns and Gulaabs' on his Insta handle. Revealing their respective characters, actors Dulquer Salmaan and Adarsh Gourav also shared similar posts on social media. The web series has been created, produced, and directed by Raj and DK.
