Aishwarya Rai’s red carpet look at Cannes Film Festival has left the internet divided. While many are hailing the ‘Queen of Cannes’, others have different opinions about her look. Speaking to the Vogue India, the actor for the first time expressed her opinion on her red carpet look and outfit.

The former Miss World wore a black and gold Falguni and Shane peacock gown on Thursday. On Friday, she was seen in a custom-made silver and pastel green gown with tasseled detailing. Fans and critique were not impressed. Aishwarya was trolled on social media, with many asking her to change her designer and stylist.

However, the actor seems to be in love with her outfits and looks. In an interview with Vogue India, Aishwarya spoke about her outfit. She said, “The look last evening at the red carpet was designed by my dearest friends Shane and Falguni Peacock. They call it gilded glow but to me it was just magical.”

Besides, Aishwarya has also shared a new video, flaunting her red-carpet look. The actor is also seen giving her daughter Aardhya a loving peck on the cheeks before blowing a kiss to the camera.

Aishwarya is representing L’Oreal at the Cannes Film Festival. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan made her Cannes debut in 2002 and since then has been consistent at the Film Festival. The prestigious Cannes Film Festival kicked off on May 14 and will conclude on May 25.
